Senior Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is currently working in partnership with a renowned investment firm, specializing in real estate and construction operations across the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager within the real estate department.

The Senior Project Manager will spearhead the successful delivery of projects, overseeing the project timelines and ensuring that quality assurance procedures are met throughout. The Senior Project Manager will be collaborating closely with key stakeholders to mitigate delays and provide regular project progress reports.

This role will entail leading the projects from the initiation to completion stages, assisting in the development of scope statements, offering technical expertise during implementation. This role will also include analysing tender documents and project schedules while overseeing the team during the construction phase to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth handover process.

Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will also be required to prepare project cash flows and reconciling financial performance upon project delivery.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working for a UAE based real estate developer, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire project life-cycle within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.The successful candidate should be a dynamic and proactive individual with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
