Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMC) with a minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar position within the Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) industry.

• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the PMC life cycle and services, along with a proven track record of assuming a similar role in a reputable consultancy firm.
• Specific experience in managing hospitality projects with at least 5 years including resort projects, coupled with project management certificates and demonstrated applications, will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture discipline
• Professional certificates such as PMP, PMI-RMP, or Prince 2 is preferable
• Minimum of 18 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience assuming the role of Project manager in hospitality projects (Hotels and resorts)
• Significant experience in managing the construction of Hospitality complex projects throughout its entire lifecycle
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach
• Candidate to have experience in sustainability practices ( LEED is preferable)
• Proven awareness and past experience of international and Saudi building codes
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• The candidate must speak Arabic and Proficient in English
