JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is currently working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to join their Office in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has experience working in a Legal, Professional or Financial Services, looking to grow their career within human resources.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for the full employment lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, induction and training of new joiners. Additional responsibilities in this role include conducting exit interviews for mid-level employees as well.

As an ambitious individual, this role will include working closely with the HR Manager to develop policies and procedures, contribute to employee relations, and oversee HR operations.

Our client is looking to recruit a professional and passionate individual, who is a strong decision maker, with the ability to bring new ideas. This role will also coordinate with the L&D Team, to support development of the learning curriculum, notice any gaps and learning needs whilst reporting these to the L&D Team to support course design, whilst ensuring all employees complete training. Alongside this, the Senior HR Advisor will assist in the trainee programme, developing interns and trainees.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, ideally having already worked in the UAE with excellent knowledge of the current labour law. Preference will be given to candidates who already have some exposure in HR, along with a qualification in this field.

The successful candidate will be determined, a strong decision-maker, and possess excellent teamwork skills while also being able to work independently. Excellent time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role. It is essential that the candidate is proficient in Microsoft with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary:
AED 25000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
