THE MISSION?

We're looking for a vigilant and proactive Security Manager to ensure our hotel remains a safe and secure haven for everyone. If you have a knack for maintaining order and handling security with precision, this role is for you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- You'll conduct regular inspections and controls to ensure top-notch security and safety .
- Managing guest records and coordinating with law enforcement will be part of your duties . You'll provide additional assistance to guests beyond just protection, ensuring they have a safe and pleasant stay .
- Keeping our facility and employees secure is a top priority . You'll ensure that all security procedures are followed and make necessary updates in response to new legislation .
- You'll track and check all employees and vehicles entering and exiting the property . Develop and implement security plans, including protocols for sabotage, fire, and first aid .
- Monitor employee performance, support budget identification, and liaise with authorities as needed . Assist local law enforcement with interventions or investigations, and ensure compliance with the hotel's entry and exit rules .
- Handle any incidents that disrupt order, immediately inform the General Manager, and, if necessary, report to law enforcers to resolve the issue . Help with outside incidents like traffic accidents or theft if they occur .
- In case of any serious incidents like a death, coordinate with healthcare facilities and law enforcement, and report to the General Manager
- Ensure that security personnel are always well-groomed and professional . Recruit and set annual targets within the budget . Write reports on incidents and security-related events, and handle security requests and complaints efficiently .
- Ensure the regular maintenance and repair of all security equipment . Assess employee performance, share responsibilities, and participate in Emergency Response Teams .
- Promote environmental sustainability by joining activities that protect biodiversity . Implement energy-saving measures and proper waste management to reduce environmental impact .
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management to ensure everything runs smoothly .
