Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Salesperson who must have a passion for fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves interacting with customers to provide a delightful shopping experience and demonstrating product knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop
- Provide detailed information on perfume products, including scents, ingredients, and pricing
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and report low stock levels
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Tagalog
- Ability to understand and convey product information effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
