Recruitment Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-level talent to support our clients’ recruitment needs. You will also be instrumental in building a network of potential candidates and developing relationships with hiring managers and external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure their qualifications and experience match the requirements of the role.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and determine their suitability.
• Prepare and present shortlists of suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Negotiate employment terms and salaries with candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles.
• Utilize market intelligence to stay up to date on current industry trends, talent pools, and employer expectations.
• Develop relationships with external recruitment partners and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Monitor and report on recruitment and staffing performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
