Covering the Off-Plan market, you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of projects and work with Dubai's big developers.

As a Property consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Actively be involved in the sale of residential properties.
- Apply knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers, constantly seeking new ways to improve yourself.
- Liaise with line manager on a regular basis to ensure all processes are on track and seek advice when needed.
- Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends
- Utilise all marketing/social platforms and in house talent to support with your personal needs.
- Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sell/up-sell, ensuring the best option is always offered to clients and not left without anything.
- Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, participation in multiple listing services and some unique approaches which will only be given to freelancers.
