Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients construction team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be a key leader in our organization, driving project success and fostering strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are being met and any changes are effectively communicated and implemented
- Manage and report on project budget, expenses, and financial forecasting, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and regulations
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs and expectations are being met throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, code requirements, and safety standards, and implement best practices for quality control and risk management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within High Rise Projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as relevant regulations and quality standards from a developer side.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficient in project management software and tools, and experienced in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
