JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator FFE Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all aspects of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) projects. This position requires a blend of project management skills, design understanding, and strong communication abilities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, and suppliers to deliver exceptional interior spaces that meet client expectations and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage FFE projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist in the selection and specification of FFE products, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client preferences.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Organize and attend project meetings, providing updates and facilitating discussions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within the interior design and build industry, with a focus on FFE.
- Strong understanding of FFE selection and procurement processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with local suppliers and market trends in the UAE interior design industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
