Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Pediatrician ( Specialist) to join their multidisciplinary team at a leading health care facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing pediatric care within ICU and rehabilitation settings, with a strong background in long-term care.

Our client is a multidisciplinary team at a leading health care facility. They are looking to hire an experienced Bilingual Pediatrician (ICU and Rehabilitation) for their team in Al Ain.
Description
* Patient Care: Provide expert pediatric care for children requiring long-term rehabilitation and intensive care, ensuring that all medical and developmental needs are met.
* Medical Management: Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric patients in a long-term care environment. Manage complex medical conditions in collaboration with other health care professionals.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
* Family Support: Provide guidance and education to families, helping them understand the rehabilitation process and supporting them through the child's recovery journey.
* Clinical Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric care, particularly in ICU and rehabilitation settings.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and the overall care process.
Job Offer

Requirements:
* Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics's.* Valid UAE medical license or eligibility for licensure.
* Previous experience working within the UAE health care system.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting, with at least 3 years in ICU/Rehabilitation.
* Proven experience in long-term care for pediatric patients is mandatory.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
