Our client is a luxury retail group is in expansion phase and is looking to recruit an Optometrist for their outlet in Dubai. The optometrist will rovide top-tier optical and vision consultation services at the store, collaborating closely with the Store Manager and sales team to maintain exceptional customer service and meet store targets.

The optometrist will provide top-tier optical and vision consultation services at the store, collaborating closely with the Store Manager and sales team to maintain exceptional customer service and meet store targets.

Description

* Conducting eye exams and writing prescriptions.
* Dispensing and selling optical frames, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
* Verifying the accuracy and comfort of optical frames and contact lenses.
* Advising customers on eyewear options, including optical lenses and contact lenses.
* Meeting sales goals related to optical frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
* Assisting sales staff with daily transactions.
* Managing in-store inventory and placing stock orders.
* Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Coordinating with sales representatives from eye care product suppliers.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Optometry.
* DHA License
* 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail optical store setting.
* Strong knowledge of lenses and other eyewear products.
* Proficient in identifying and managing vision disorders.
* Familiar with the latest equipment and techniques for vision correction.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
* Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
* Outstanding customer service abilities.
