Position Overview:
• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our Facility Management team in Fujairah.
• The MEP Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various facilities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems and will be committed to ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to MEP systems and perform necessary repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and facility managers to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including service reports and inventory logs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
• Assist in planning and executing facility upgrades and renovations related to MEP systems.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MEP Technician, preferably in the facility management sector.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Familiarity with local UAE building codes and regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, and potentially high-risk areas.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
