JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Safety Trainer to join our team in the UAE. As a Junior Safety Trainer, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe working environment through the development and delivery of effective safety training programs. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, foster a culture of safety awareness, and contribute to the overall success of our safety initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices for hazard recognition and risk management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with senior safety trainers and management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Support the maintenance of safety training records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization by participating in safety meetings, initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the safety training team, including scheduling training sessions and managing training materials.
- Stay informed about new training technologies and methodologies to enhance the delivery of safety training programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A NEBOSH Level 3 certificate is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 year of experience in safety training.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the workplace.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools is required.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for promoting workplace safety and health.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Salary:
AED 2,400 to 2,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
