We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine Specialist/Consultant to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of adult health issues, while providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations to diagnose a variety of internal conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor and manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide consultations to other healthcare professionals regarding complex cases and treatment options.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in internal medicine and participate in continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of internal medicine principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
