Skills
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Help handle employee related inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Bachelor in HR or related qualifications
