HR Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are a dynamic organization looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with company events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 year's experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
