HR and Resourcing Intern (Arabic Speaker)

Employment: Internship

Quest Resources LLC, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Resourcing Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Support the screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Help manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.

Additional Details:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.

Salary:
AED 1,800 to 2,100 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
