Customer Service Specialist (Italian Mother-Tongue)

- The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for our app users, providing exceptional support and assistance.
- This role requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong commitment to helping users achieve their goals.

Requirements:
- Italian speaker
- Enthusiastic about fitness, technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other business productivity tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
