JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Urologist to join our prestigious healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in urology, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and treating urological conditions. As a Consultant Urologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, contributing to their overall health and well-being. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art medical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with urological conditions.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological disorders, including but not limited to urinary incontinence, kidney stones, and prostate diseases.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care to patients.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in urology and incorporate them into clinical practice.
- Educate patients and their families about urological conditions and treatment options, fostering a supportive environment.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior medical staff and trainees in the field of urology.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Urology.- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Consultant Urologist in a reputable healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of performing complex urological surgeries, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with urological advancements.
Salary:
AED
65,000 to 95,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
