Employment: Full Time

Position Title: Collections Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:
• Review ageing list, update records and contact customers and ensure timely payments.
• Rectify any problem with the invoices etc to get timely payments.
• Advise customers on overdue bills, payment plans.
• Maintain customer payments and ensure timely updates of records.
• Liaise with sales teams to ensure accuracy and timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience
• Proven history of timely debt collection
• Ability to implement strategies for collections based on segments
• Knowledge on Accounting software
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
