JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to work in the field of Occupational Safety Consultancy to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and its services.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
