- Position Overview :-
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI, Machine Learning, and Automation Specialist to join our team. As an AI and Machine Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning models and algorithms to drive automation and optimize various processes within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation concepts, as well as strong programming and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :-
1. AI and Machine Learning Development :-

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare relevant datasets for training and validation purposes.
- Explore and experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems.

2. Automation and Process Optimization :-

- Identify areas within the organization that can benefit from automation and develop strategies to implement automated solutions.
- Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization using AI and automation.
- Build and deploy automation workflows and systems to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop customized automation solutions.

3. Data Analysis and Insights :-

- Perform advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights and patterns from large and complex datasets.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends and outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for analysis.

4. Research and Innovation :-

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new approaches and techniques for solving business problems.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance existing processes and systems.

Qualifications :-

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
