JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Front of House - Dammam, KSA

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front of House staff member. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas and dip check that previous issued have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
• Perform routine inventory duties including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
• Reception cover including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors to reception.
• Handle corporate events by assisting with set up of venue and provide assistance to meet requirements.
• Ensure that the look and feel of the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
• Ensure that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all inquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
• Assist with clients reports as required.
• Client Focus (Deliver to the client what we promise).
• Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
• Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within the work location.
• Front Office experience (reception).
• Good people management skills.
• Able to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Capable of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers and service providers.
• Saudi National is preferable.
