Delighted to represent a prestigious company in KSA operating across a variety of industries across Oil, Gas & Energy, and we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the pipeline rehabilitation/Field Services Division involving composite repair and reinforcement techniques.

This role will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pipeline systems, composite materials, and rehabilitation methods, and have experience managing small teams.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets and ensure all expenditures are within approved scope.

Resource Management:
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimal allocation.
• Procure necessary resources in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pipeline rehabilitation technologies and composite materials.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of risks.
• Monitor and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen events.

Quality Assurance:
• Define quality standards and criteria for project deliverables.
• Establish quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of project work against predefined standards.
• Take corrective action to address any deviations from quality requirements.

Monitoring and Control:
• Track project progress against the established plan and milestones.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the oil & gas or pipeline industry.
• Demonstrated experience with pipeline rehabilitation projects, including composite repair and reinforcement techniques.
• Strong understanding of pipeline systems, inspection methods, and rehabilitation materials.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Additional Skills (desirable):
• Certification in a relevant pipeline rehabilitation technique (e.g., CIPP, PCCP).
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ASME B31.4, API RP 550).
• Experience with pipeline integrity assessment tools.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
