JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is a leading construction group in the Kingdom and are in a need for a Manpower Planning Manager.

The role is required to help the company assure the right manpower needs are met within the allocated budget and facilities smooth mobilization and demobilization processes throughout the company.

Requirements:

• 7 + years of relevant experience in OD, Manpower Planning or Recruitment
• Proven experience in organization development, including organization design, job analysis, policy development, and competency modeling.
• CIPD, SPHRi, SCP Certificates preferred

Preference will be given to Saudi Nationality
