JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Our client is a leading main contractor specializing in architectural facade design, and engineering for buildings, across UAE and KSA.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the Red Sea Hotel project, valued at over SAR 100m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum façade projects and will be responsible for managing both pre and post-contract phases

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of the aluminum façade project from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Manage pre and post-contract activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Lead and coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and material quality.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi, clients, and all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

Requirements:
• Proven experience in aluminum façade projects, specifically with a project value of SAR 100m+.
• Must have worked for a tier 1 façade contractor.
• Strong experience in managing both pre and post-contract phases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be presentable and a strong communicator.
• Open to all nationalities that can obtain a visa in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
