JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of real estate development projects in Saudi Arabia-Riyadh.
• This role will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and managing the project schedule.
• The successful candidate will be a highly organized and self-motivated professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in managing residential projects at least 5 years
• Speak at least 60% Arabic
• Proficient in using computers
• Proficient in using Office programs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
