What you'll be doing

An Incentive Management consultant is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting Incentive management solutions to meet the client's business and technical requirements. In this role, the Senior Consultant acts as the primary technical contact with full ownership of the relationship between Digital HR and our clients from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities in this role also include supporting and troubleshooting solutions for customers in a live production environment. Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live. Sr. Consultants will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis and more.

- Become an expert in designing, building and maintaining flexible and scalable compensation plans/models
- Quickly learn about how different sales organizations operate in order to gather and document thorough business requirements
- Work with customers to develop overall testing plans, test cases and scripts
- Enable your customers to effectively use and maintain their Commissions solution
- Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team
- Coordinate and communicate with the customer's project manager and project resources
- Prescriptively guiding customers towards proven/recommended approaches to satisfying their business needs
- Sharing knowledge within the practice, based on project experience and lessons learned

Requirements:
What you'll need to succeed

- 5-7 years of experience configuring Callidus/SAP Commissions
- Experience in Java and/or JavaScript
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL procedure and packages
- Prior consulting or support experience
- Advanced skillsets in Excel / Spreadsheet software
- SAP Commissions certification
- Crystal Reports and Callidus Workflow experience is a plus
