We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The selected talent will lead a project from the concept stage to the operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, within the programme, by the brief, and in accordance with authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Allocating resources and managing project budgets.
- Leading and motivating project team members.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates.
- Adhering to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track.
- Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned.

Requirements:

- An Engineering or Construction-related degree is required.
- Strong Project Management skills, and technical expertise with minimum experience of 15 years.
- PMP certification will be highly regarded.
- Previous UAE PM experience within a Project Management Consultancy or Contractor environment, overseeing the construction of hotels, resorts, development projects, design, and procurement is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.
