What you'll be doing

- Gather requirements from clients and design optimal performance management and goal setting solutions. Configure the PMGM module to align with clients' performance management processes and objectives. Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors PMGM functionality and best practices.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, business partners, user community, other SAP Analysts, development team and other team members in the organization, on designing, testing, and documenting the new solution.
- Identifies benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules.
- Create test scripts, perform functional application testing, and document the results.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business requirements and objectives; configure systems to meet client needs.
- Assist in developing training materials and conduct client training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assigned system defects.
- Ensure quality control of consultant configurations to meet client deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain project work within budget.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Accurately track and report time and expenses.
- Coach junior consultants on project implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
