Job Description
- Develop and implement testing automation strategies, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to define testing requirements, test plans, and test
cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Lead and manage the testing automation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the development team for resolution.
- Establish and enforce best practices for testing automation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and software development processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing automation methodologies, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, increase test coverage, and enhance overall product quality.
- Provide regular status reports, metrics, and updates on testing automation activities to stakeholders and senior management.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and experience with test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing testing automation teams in an Agile software development environment.
- +10 years of progressively experience across all functions of technology.
- +5 years experiences in managerial level.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Certification in testing automation or related areas (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
