Job Description

- Lead the design and architecture of managed service solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, detailing the architecture, integration points, and technologies.
- Drive the development of new managed service offerings by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements and throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in solution design, implementation, and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Continuously innovate and improve managed service offerings by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Technical Skills

- Proven experience in solution design and architecture within a managed services environment.
- Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and tools, as well as DevOps practices and automation.
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or TOGAF.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
