Job description / Role
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and media partners.
• Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities.
• Build Audience leveraging across all Digital marketing methods (content marketing, social, events amplification…) Leverage Earned media through influencers strategies Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them; in order to support digital marketing campaigns and the wider aims of the Brand.
• Expand the e-commerce by defining local strategies for e-retailing, e-boutiques, e-tailing and supporting new business model pilots.
• Strategize, streamline, and optimize the omni-media plan in partnership with Brands.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online
• Activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
• Drive collaboration with technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the site
• Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)
• Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition
• Develop and mentor the Digital team
• Roll-out the Upskilling plan in partnership with local HR team
