- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print).
- Protect and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources appropriately.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
