Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

About the role

Labor Law Compliance:
- Advise and assist the HR team in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and their implications for the organization.
- Prepare and submit required labor law documentation, such as contracts, employment certificates, medical coverage

Record Management:
- Establish and maintain efficient systems for employee record management, including physical and electronic files.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.
- Implement data retention policies and procedures.

HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as employee relations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.

Project Support:
- Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of new HR systems or processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Egypt
- Excellent organizational and time management skills..
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
