Job Overview:

Reporting to the HR Country Lead, the Human Resources officer is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of assigned HR functions within the respective country. The HR Generalist supports in the improvement of HR processes to proactively engaging the employee relations, the analyses of people information, and managing & implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture.

Job Responsibilities / What you do:

- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Reporting and Data Cleansing: Develop and deliver regular HR reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to support HR decisions and strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in HR processes through data analysis and implement solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Data Analytics Specialization: Coursework or degree in data analytics, statistics, or related fields
- Previous roles as HR generalist or specialist or proven experience in data analysis, preferably in HR, with knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Understanding of statistical methods for HR analytics. Experience in managing and manipulating databases. Ability to create detailed and easy-to-understand reports. Knowledge of applying predictive analytics in HR.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for presenting data insights.
- Strong abilities to address HR issues with data-driven solutions.
- Keen attention to data accuracy and integrity.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies
