Engineer (Maintenance)

Job description / Role

Job Description
- Manage, coach & train mechanical technicians to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards.
- Respond and resolve to electrical breakdowns and report any downtime to increase machines availability.
- To achieve maintenance department KPIs to ensure high performance.
- Identify, report and follow up mechanical spare parts need to ensure good working conditions of machines and utilities, and apply Spare parts Management system and monitor availability along with consumption rate.
- Follow up and supervise the performance of plant and equipment during apply TPM program to ensure their continued effective performance.
- Conduct regular planned maintenance activities and document regular measures according to set maintenance plans to ensure reliability of machines according
- Supervise mechanical assembly of new machines.
- Ensure staff compliance with health, safety and quality standards in all assigned maintenance jobs.
- Work with the team for continuous improvement in plant.

Functional Level:
- Excellent knowledge of modern maintenance techniques
- Problem solver and diagnosing mechanical faults .
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Excellent Knowledge for HSE Standards and procedures

Business Level:
- Excellent Understanding for Raya strategy
- Strong knowledge of Raya code of Business Conduct

Educational Background:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

Professional Experience:
- 3 years of relevant work experience, experience in home appliances factory is added plus

Language Skills
- English (Advanced)
