Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the best wealth management products in the market.
- Analyze customer preferences and feedback to understand the key features and functionalities that customers value in each product.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape related to wealth management products.
- Identify potential vendors, both local and international, that can provide the necessary components for our wealth management products.

Product Implementation and Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations, to implement new wealth management products.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market research and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing wealth management products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Vendor Management:
- Identify and establish relationships with key vendors that peers use for their wealth management products.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and quality to ensure the selection of the most suitable vendors.
- Explore potential partnerships with other vendors in the local and international markets to enhance our product offerings.Request for Proposal

SWOT Analysis and Financial Forecasting:
- Conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis for our wealth management products.
- Analyze product financials and revenue forecasts to evaluate the profitability and growth potential of our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial projections and align product strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-5 Yrs as a Product Manager, specifically in fintech wealth management products.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to identify customer preferences and market opportunities.
- Solid understanding of financial forecasting and revenue analysis.
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to evaluate and select the best vendors in the market.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
