Job description / Role

• Safely and expertly operate luxury vehicles, including high-end sedans and limousines, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, catering to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.
• Uphold strict punctuality standards, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs for all assigned bookings.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay up-to-date with local traffic regulations, road closures, and alternative routes to navigate traffic efficiently.

• Valid UAE Driving license, with a clean driving record and extensive driving experience.
• Proven track record as a professional driver in the luxury transportation industry, preferably as a Limousine Driver or Chauffeur.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and memorable experience for clients.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of MIR Executive Transport.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
