User Research & Analytics Specialist

Job description / Role

Job Description:
• Technical implementation of data statistical analysis requirements, including but not limited to sales reports, data visualization, business analysis, data analysis modeling requirements, etc.
• User research: conduct basic data index research and overall trend analysis of local user groups, in-depth user scenarios, excavate user needs, and find demand breakthroughs
• Product research: establish a product evaluation mechanism, conduct regular business analysis and diagnosis, identify key issues and propose improvement initiatives
• Competitive research: observe the dynamics of competing products and the competitive environment in the market, collect industry information and trends, and assist in product management strategy decision-making.
• Other tasks as explained by superiors
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in statistics, sociology, psychology, applied mathematics, computer-related majors
• Good command of English, with no obvious obstacles to communicate with foreigners
• Strong data sensitivity, good at establishing data analysis system, information collection and integration and value refinement, with the spirit of research, full of curiosity
• Strong logical thinking and insight ability, good self-driven and anti-pressure ability
• user research, brand research, positioning research and other related qualitative or quantitative research for more than 2 years of work experience, research industry work, market analysis, user research related big data analysis position experience is preferred, the ability of excellent people can be relaxed to the freshman
• Post based in Dubai, UAE (1 month annual leave per year)

Job Requirements:

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
