The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

The Senior Marketing Manager at TikTok LIVE helps drive marketing strategy, leads campaign development and execution, as well as drives cross-functional projects for the market. This role will work closely with products, operations in multiple functions, comms teams globally to develop market level strategies across MENAT, that will help TikTok LIVE product to grow its brand and business.

This is a pivotal role in the team, and will require a deep understanding of consumer marketing techniques and principles, with a particular focus on audience insights, campaign strategy & planning, project operations, and execution & reporting. The Marketing Manager will work with Regional Content/Marketing Team to identify key priority campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive long term growth for the business. This role will need to lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as agencies and partners to develop campaigns and strategies to grow TikTok's new business. This is a senior marketing role with scope over all aspects of the consumer brand and growth funnel.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute marketing strategies to grow TikTok new product's brand and product presence and relevancy in market with a deep understanding of the global business roadmaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive marketing strategy, and lead end to end campaign development and reporting.
- Develop best-in-class and integrated marketing campaigns and be responsible for strategic vision, concept, execution, engagement and measurement.
- Identify, build and maintain partnership opportunities across a variety of channels including entertainment, social media, brands, celebrities and other businesses to drive our marketing strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other functional teams globally, to define & deliver our marketing strategy. Lean in with regional approaches but keep a strong synergy with the global teams.
- Utilise in-depth marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments to build effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- 5+ years' work experience in marketing at tech companies is highly preferred, especially experience from building high level strategies to campaign development and media management.
- Appetite to learn more about and innovate within, the full marketing lifecycle including devising, creating, executing, and tracking consumer paid advertising campaigns to drive key brand metrics.
- Data and Insights driven, ability to synthesise data into strategy and execution.
- You have excellent knowledge of the digital advertising industry within the MENAT markets.
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about the content industry and the user communities.
- Thorough understanding of the full funnel of consumer marketing including Owned, Earned and Paid strategy and execution.
- A keen interest in brand and business development, including commercial and brand partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of major streaming platforms, and entertainment and/or content streaming platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Ability to perform to a brief, executing to a high standard.
- Excellent written and presentation skills & negotiation skills, and leadership ability.
