Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to earn and work flexible timings.

Please note that you should have your own transportation & visa in order to be considered for this position.

The OPC (Outdoor Personal Contact) role is to identify and interact with customers with the purpose of inviting them to the sales centre for a 90 minute sales presentation and viewing.

The OPC Executive will also generate qualified leads from clients unable to attend a presentation immediately to be followed up by the Telemarketing team.

Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge are required.

OPC Executives must be extremely confident and proactive in order to attract attention from the public and ensure that control is maintained in conversations with customers and therefore maximize the percentage of leads generated and tours attended as a result.

An OPC Executive acts as an ambassador for IFA Hotels & Resorts. They are often the first point of contact for customers which is an important role within our company.

OPC Executives must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have a desire to achieve and exceed targets. A professional attitude must be maintained at all times.

Commission is achievable for each qualified customer that successfully attends a presentation and for each sale that takes place as a result of that tour. OPC Executives are in control of their earning potential.

Timings:

There are 2 shifts a day of which you will work one.
10:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 22:00

You'll also have 2 days a week off.

You should have your own transportation & be on your own visa.

This position has the potential to turn into a permanent position.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

Farsi - English / Russian - English / Arabic - English / Native English Speaker.

Excellent communication & customer service skills and the ability to communicate and interact well in a variety of situations.

Outgoing and confident whilst maintaining a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Self-motivated and a team player.

Persistence yet ethical working practice. A desire to achieve and become a top performer and therefore maximize earning potential.

Previous marketing, promotions and/or customers service experience is essential.

Previous sales, outdoor marketing and/or timeshare experience would be preferable. Previous experience in setting and achieving personal goals and targets.

Having worked individually and within a team environment.
