Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An F&B group based in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Identify and recruit talents from job ads posting, assessment, phone screening and interview coordination.
• Assess candidates and manage candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with HR managers and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment process.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of F&B experience in the UAE
