We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Lead to join our growing team in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the UAE market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and seamless supply chain operations.
- Manage and coordinate inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement activities.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions to ensure continuity of operations.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain management.

- Proven experience in supply chain management within the software industry, particularly in the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies, with a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing supply chain teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
