Job description / Role
Under direction to performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities, stores and distributes material, maintains inventory and stock records and perform related work as required
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Control inventory and ensure material demands are issued to the proper section.
- Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
- Comply with company system and procedures for material handling.
- Ensure and comply safety, health and environmental procedures.
- Ensure deliver and receive materials are well stored in proper location in warehouse.
- Issuing old receiving material and keep in store the dues in (first in receive ,first out deliver)
Requirements:
* Diploma in Engineering
* 5 years’ experience in Material Handling.
* Technical knowledge of Aviation products and materials.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem solving abilities
* Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation and external customers
