Job Description:

Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Dubai?

THE MISSION?
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our staff? As a Staff Housing Attendant, you will be essential in managing our accommodation facilities and supporting our team with dedication and efficiency.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex, ensuring everything is in top condition.
- Administer the Accommodation Office, handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues, inquiries, or complaints with contractors and suppliers.
- Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies.
- Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items.
- Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date, ensuring fair allocation.
- Maintain a safe environment, address any policy or legal violations, and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager.
