Specialist, Financial Communications

Job description / Role

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of financial communication strategies and initiatives for ADNOC. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, coordinating financial reporting, creating financial content, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the VP Financial Communication and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely Financial communication including multi-billion dollar IPOs, equity investments, bond issuances. Support all major transaction campaigns in support of Abu Dhabi and ADNOC's value creation drive.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities
- Develop and execute website and content strategies to meet business and user needs.
- Manage website content creation, updates, and maintenance.
- Ensure website and content are optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Analyze website and content performance using web analytics tools and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website and content align with business objectives and brand standards.
- Manage website and content projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to website and content management and user experience.
- Train and mentor team members on website and content management best practices.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, digital communication, marketing or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience, in progressive and senior-level roles in corporate communications. Preferably experience in a large-scale organization with complex and multi-sectorial business operations or experience working in various industries. At least 3 years in a Senior communication position.
- Strong knowledge of web design, development, and CMS platforms
- Proficient in SEO best practices and web analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and UX design is a plus
- Knowledge of ADNOC's operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
- Strong written communications skills.
