Site Architect

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Architect to ensure our ongoing projects are completed to the highest standards while keeping all stakeholders informed.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the project management process to effectively monitor project progress and requirements.
- This role has standard working hours and some travel requirements to new sites.
- Ensure detailed attention to the quality and finish of projects, using knowledge of architectural design, materials, and client coordination.
- Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and main contractors.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings.
- Supervise and coordinate between site contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and designers or clients to ensure the design vision is correctly implemented.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and ensure smooth project execution.
- Respond to submissions, RFIs, and inquiries from contractors and suppliers.

- BCs Degree in Architecture only. (No Civil engineers, No interior design).
- Experience using Rivet, AutoCad and Office.
- Minimum of 6 years of regional experience, particularly within the UAE markets and suppliers, ideally within a consultancy company.
- Proven experience as a Site Architect, especially with villas and residential projects.
- Strong coordination skills, with exposure to site work and supervision.
- Understanding of the project management process (PMP certification not required).
- Ability to make informed decisions to ensure design plans are accurately followed and to liaise for necessary changes.
- Driving license.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
