Oracle Health is looking for a Senior Manager that will be responsible for managing a team of Consultants, within the Oracle Health Consulting team in MEA. The main responsibilities will include people management, project delivery oversight, solution delivery and sales enablement. Accountable for operational metrics and maintaining project profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.

You will also be responsible for adherence to operational policies and contribute to the achievement of the business plan. Responsible for the quality of output from the team, quality of the delivery of own projects and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities

As a manager, you will manage individual contributors and monitor team members' activities and performance on projects (e.g., read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, proactively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). You will execute the business plan to produce its results. Identifies variances, explains them, and takes corrective action. You will be fully proficient in all managerial functions and achieve target people and engagement management metrics. You will know corporate policies and hold the team accountable for modelling them. You will drive process improvements across team activities. You will create and lead knowledge sharing for team members. You will mentor new associates and coach team members. You will manage complex associate matters and create an environment of high associate satisfaction and retention.

You will also take on consulting responsibilities. As a Senior Consultant with Oracle clients to deliver consulting services, you will consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders. Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.

As a Senior Consultant you will mitigate solution risks and issues, execute workflow and process improvement strategies, you will also lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience related to the role including at least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- Consulting experience
- Work experience in implementing Millennium using any of the Consulting Framework Methodologies.
- Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
