Job Purpose

The Infrastructure & Systems engineer will be part of the infrastructure team who is responsible for the management, implementation and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems on premises, cloud, and processes in accordance with the approved enterprise architecture, IT strategy and Information security policy. He / She will be also responsible for reporting on prem Infra projects to the stakeholders and senior management, development and report on prem infra KPIs, budget tracking and oversite the needed audits.

Job Description

- Data Centre Service Operation
* Data Center Operations Administration & Management (including UPS and Cooling).
* Manage and provide high level oversight of all critical systems to insure 99.999% uptime.
* Develop and implement operational processes to provide cost-effective, 99.99% system uptime for remotely managed Data Centers.
* End of End infrastructure, Systems and VOIP Support Services.
* Manage and document data center infrastructure incidents and problems.
* Formulated infrastructure Planning and Data Center build-out recommendations.
* Vendor management.
* Asset Management.

* Infrastructure and Services Monitoring management and administration.
* Microsoft Azure Service management and administration.
* Office 365 Email and collaboration management and administration.
* Cloud Access management and administration.
* Hyper Converged Infrastructure services.
* VCenter, VSAN, and VMware management and administration.
* VxRail and Oracle OVM management and administration.
* Hyper Converged Servers, Standalone Servers management and administration.
* All SFTP & FTP services management and administration.
* Storages: SAN, NAS & Flash Access Storage management and administration.
* Backup and Restoration management and administration.
* Disaster Recovery Services management and administration.
* SMTP Gateway Services management and administration.
* RFP, RFO and Technical Evaluations.
* End to end VOIP administration, configuration, maintenance, and management including Cisco Call Manager, Unity Publisher & subscribers, and related Cisco Unified Communications configurations.
* Administration and Management IVR and Call flows.
* Monitor and administration of end-to-end VOIP services.
* Call Centre Administration & Management.
* All Other VOIP integration services administration and support.
* Active Directory Services management and administration.
* Domain Controller Services management and administration.
* DHCP, WINS and DNS Services management and administration.
* MS windows Servers Support Administration.
* All Jira Services management and administration.
* lP TV & AV System management and administration.
* Patch Management and ITSM service management and administration.
- Collaboration

* Manage Infrastructure audits, vulnerability and penetration testing, and directing responses to concerned team members.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures, data loss prevention and classification policies.
* Help all employees to clearly understand why certain policies are in place, as well as helping to train them in information security.
- Leadership and Team Management

* Lead and manage infra related projects and make sure all requirements are delivered within approved budget, timelines and desired quality.
* Lead and manage Network Operation Centre and Security Operation Centre team.
* Manage Cloud environment like Azure, OCI or any other cloud platform.
* Guide and advise the team to assess and manage existing prem setup including but not limited to servers, storage, network, security, AD, exchange, O365, Virtualization and file servers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
Minimum (12) years of experience in all aspects of infrastructure and system administration and management.
